I am Vani Priya based out of Chennai ,South India. I was married 4 yrs ago and my son is 2yr old . A pretty good homemaker always loves to do Do It Yourself crafts (DIY) and my interest for handmade crafts kickstarted from there.
How Crochet ?
I now reside in Belgium due to on shore assignment of my husband. Having all the passion on handmade items I didnt know before that i will develop keen interest over crochetting until i saw yarns and needles prevalent in all shops in Belgium. When i saw the crochet hook first all i remembered was my mom using this hook to do lunch bags using crosa wire during my child hood days.I had spent hours jus watching her making bags though i didnt learn then..But now it stroke on me to do the craft items using it. Always she is my inspiration for hardwork :)
I have been learning and crochetting over a year and i thought now it will be good to share my original patterns across and we will learn together
Crochetting is fun rather addictive yes we have to carefully get out of it .. Though making woollen scarfs,hats ,cardigans,sweaters is more common in this crafting table decoration , home decoration and floor rugs have also gained equal importance these days . In this blog i will emphasize patterns more on home decoration , clothing and accessories...
